Educational research plays a guiding role in all the work of our school. Teachers unconsciously devote themselves to practical research to meet the needs of deepening education and teaching reform, and actively participate in educational research to cultivate their own scientific research ability, stimulate creative potential, enhance scientific research awareness, and gradually implement the effectiveness of educational research.
Although some achievements have been made in teaching and scientific research, there are still many places that need to be improved and further enriched. In the future work, I am determined to continue to strengthen my study and practice, lead teachers to create an atmosphere of full participation, build more stages to display their talents, and provide places for information exchange, so that my teaching and research level will reach a new level and the teaching and research work of the school will have a new leap.
