At the same time, it also builds a platform for teachers to exchange educational and scientific research, creates conditions for the publication and promotion of educational and scientific research achievements, provides opportunities for teachers to display their personal talents, and fully promotes the collision of academic views and the stimulation of scientific research inspiration.

Educational research plays a guiding role in all the work of our school. Teachers unconsciously devote themselves to practical research to meet the needs of deepening education and teaching reform, and actively participate in educational research to cultivate their own scientific research ability, stimulate creative potential, enhance scientific research awareness, and gradually implement the effectiveness of educational research.

Although some achievements have been made in teaching and scientific research, there are still many places that need to be improved and further enriched.
