In what order should the patent application documents be arranged?

When the applicant or agency submits the application documents directly to the Patent Office, it is necessary to discharge the documents according to the requirements of the Patent Office. At present, the patent office has the following requirements for document discharge:

1. The application documents for a patent for design shall be arranged in the following order: the request, seven pictures or clear photos, a brief description of the design, and the applicant's qualification certificate (a copy of the ID card in the name of an individual; Copy of business license in the name of the company), power of attorney, and identification of the client. All parts of the application documents shall be numbered separately with Arabic numerals.

2. The application documents for a patent for invention or utility model shall be arranged in the following order: the request, the abstract of the specification, the appended drawings of the abstract (the appended drawings of the abstract in the invention patent are optional, but not necessary), the patent claim, the specification, the appended drawings of the specification, and the applicant's main qualification documents (copy of personal identity card; Copy of business license in the name of the company), power of attorney, and identification of the client. All parts of the application documents shall be numbered separately with Arabic numerals.
