Therefore, it is the core raw material of diapers, and the material with the highest cost ratio in a diaper (sanitary towel) is polymer. So whether the product is good or not depends first on whether the polymer is good or not.
At present, the polymer on the market can be divided into domestic polymer and imported polymer according to the origin. Domestic polymer enterprises started late, and their products are not as stable as imported polymers, but they are widely used in low-end products and adult products because of their low cost. There are two most common imported polymers: Sumitomo and Scientology. Kao, Dawang and other brands are also using these two polymers. The polymers used in our posture angel diapers are Sumitomo and Sanya polymers; And our posture angel sanitary napkin uses Sumitomo polymer.
Let me further introduce the performance differences between the two polymers. Sumitomo polymer has the advantages of fast absorption and high absorption rate. The performance advantage of Sandaya lies in its good water locking performance.
Our Ziyin Angel products are mainly light and luxurious, so we chose imported polymers with high cost but superior performance.
Second, non-woven fabrics.
The second most expensive material for diapers (sanitary napkins) is non-woven fabric. Is that all the places where we can touch diapers are non-woven fabrics.
There are two kinds of nonwovens commonly used in diapers and sanitary napkins: one is hot air nonwovens and the other is spunbonded nonwovens. What's the difference between them? You can pick up a piece of our posture angel diaper, touch the upper and lower membranes, and touch the three-dimensional protective enclosure of our diaper. The front is hot air nonwoven fabric, and the back is spunbonded nonwoven fabric.
Hot air method and spunbonding method are two commonly used processes in nonwoven production. The advantages of hot air nonwoven fabric are high bulkiness, soft hand feeling, strong warmth retention and good air permeability and water permeability. However, spunbonded nonwovens have good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and breaking strength, and are thinner than hot air.
As far as the price is concerned, the cost of hot air nonwoven fabric is obviously higher than that of spunbonded fabric, but the two materials have their own advantages and disadvantages, and it cannot be said which is good or not. Because the material selection of the product is based on the most basic use requirements of the product, as far as the surface layer and the bottom film are concerned, the hot air nonwoven fabric has better softness and more comfortable touch, so the high-end products on the market basically use hot air nonwoven fabric, and of course, many low-end products try to spunbond nonwoven fabric to achieve the effect of reducing costs. However, the selection of materials for three-dimensional enclosure requires high tensile strength and breaking strength, so spunbonded nonwovens are irreplaceable.
And our posture angel is more strict in material selection. First of all, we use double-layer hot air non-woven fabric on the surface, which is a process that has only appeared in recent two years. The first-line brands are basically single-layer hot air non-woven fabrics. Double-layer hot-air nonwoven fabric is incomparable to single-layer hot-air nonwoven fabric or spunbonded nonwoven fabric in hand feel, and it also solves the shortcomings of strong wet feeling and easy pilling on the surface of hot-air nonwoven fabric. So that the product is drier during use, and the probability of red background is reduced. (Note: Because the hot air nonwoven fabric is fluffy, the water residue in the back layer of the product after water absorption will be more than that of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric, so the dry test effect of the spunbonded surface layer of the product after water pouring will be better than that of the hot air surface layer. )

The products produced by regular manufacturers are basically imported from fluff pulp with high quality, and the product quality is no problem.
At present, the absorbent cores of most diapers and sanitary napkins in the domestic market mainly adopt two processes: the first is the traditional core made of fluff pulp mixed polymer, and the second is the ultra-thin core made of fluff nonwoven fabric and polymer. The first core structure is the main technology used by first-line brands, which is relatively early and simple. However, because fluff pulp only absorbs water but does not have the ability to lock water, the reverse osmosis performance of the product is very poor. At the same time, the traditional core material is simply mixed with wood pulp and polymer, which has poor structural performance and is prone to lump failure. The so-called ship is difficult to turn around, the market share of first-line brands is strong, there are a large number of finished products circulating in the channel, the company's operation has to go through layers of approval, and the efficiency of product upgrading is not as good as that of small and medium-sized brands. In the past two years, Pampers, Curious and other first-line brands have also started to launch all-core products, which shows that the market share of all-core products will continue to increase in the future.
At present, the production process of ultra-thin core used by domestic counterparts is to evenly disperse the polymer in fluffy cotton, and there is a layer of puffed paper on the upper and lower layers of the core (note: puffed paper is actually the product of deep processing in fluff pulp). Therefore, the core has good integrity and uniform absorption, avoiding faults and lumps. At the same time, the liquid is directly absorbed and stored by the polymer during the use of the product, and the reverse osmosis effect of the product is better. The product works better and reduces the probability of red buttocks. On the basis of the existing technology, the ultra-thin core used by our posture angel replaces a layer of puffed paper towels with non-woven fabrics, making the core thinner and softer.
