At the same time, for individuals, formally joining the party is only once in a lifetime, while ideologically joining the party is a lifetime thing, so we should strengthen our study all the time. Secondly, joining the party is an improvement of consciousness. As a party member, we must always keep a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in thought, words and deeds, and play an exemplary role in practical work. If there is anything beyond ordinary people in party member, I think it is firm belief and lofty consciousness. Third, joining the party is a special dedication. Building the party for the public and governing for the people, the purpose of the party is to serve the people wholeheartedly. Everyone is familiar with the revolutionary martyrs in history. It has been proved that party member always took the lead in every important period and special moment, whether it experienced the flood relief in 1998 or the earthquake relief in 2008. Therefore, it is the basic character of every * * * party member to "worry about the world first, and enjoy the world later", regardless of personal gains and losses is the basic requirement for a qualified party member. Joining the party means being brave, willing and willing to contribute, embodying the value of life in dedication, and safeguarding and developing the interests of the masses in dedication. Joining the party means more losses than the masses, more burdens than the masses, and more sacrifices than the masses. Therefore, today, in this mass line education practice, each of us in party member should deeply reflect on our original motivation to join the Party. As for what we have done for the Party, this involves the question of what each of our party member cadres has done for the Party and what benefits they have gained for the people in their own jobs. As a cadre in party member, we must bear in mind that our party comes from the people, takes root in the people and serves the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental purpose of the party. Adhering to this concept, we will make contributions in our own work, thoroughly implement Scientific Outlook on Development and realize sustainable development. I have been doing my job in strict accordance with party member's requirements. Patent information service post, at that time, there were few people and heavy tasks, so we should do a good job in internal and external services. I am the only one who serves the external window. I earnestly do every service and warmly welcome every visiting inventor. Many inventors are engaged in technical work and know little about patent law and patent knowledge. On the one hand, I do a good job in patent information service, on the other hand, I explain patent law and patent knowledge to them, explain laws and regulations, publicize our policies and measures, and resolve their doubts. A considerable number of inventors came to Changsha from other places, and some had other work tasks, so their families were difficult. Generally, I don't stay in Changsha, but I have to go home that day. In this case, I sacrificed my rest time at noon and night, worked overtime to make a search analysis report for them, let them go home that day and solve practical problems for them. Now I come to work in the industrialized sector. There are many enterprises managed by the department, many projects in hand, many people looking for you to do things, and many temptations. In this case, we must strengthen our faith, manage ourselves well, and not discredit the party.
In my work, I deeply realized that the gold and silver awards are not as good as the praise of the masses; Gold and silver cups are not as good as the reputation of the masses. Working for the masses is party member's bounden duty. In his work, he insisted on doing everything for the masses, relying on them, respecting them ideologically, being close to them emotionally and keeping close contact with them in action, doing practical things, solving difficult problems and doing good deeds for them sincerely, and winning their sincere support and support. In-depth study and reflection on the opinions, demands and voices of the masses, even if the demands of the masses are unreasonable, cannot simply be regarded as unreasonable.
