How to change patents, patent transfers and patent descriptions?

Where the change of a patent agency is involved, a notice of passing the formalities shall be sent to the patent agency before and after the change. At the same time, the examiner should also: (1) If the fee is delayed, (i) all applicants (or patentees) have changed. If the changed applicant (or patentee) does not request the fee delay, the examiner shall modify the fee delay mark in the database and notify the applicant (or patentee). (two) after the change, the number of applicants (or patentees) has increased, and the newly added applicants (or patentees) have not made a request for fee reduction, and no fee reduction will be granted. If the examiner should modify the fee waiver request in the database, the fee waiver method will re-apply for the fee waiver request. (2) The applicant (or patentee) fills in the contact person before the change, and if the applicant (or patentee) after the change does not specify the original contact person as its contact person, the examiner shall delete the contact information specified by the applicant (or patentee) before the change in the database. (3) If a patent agency is entrusted, and enough applicants (or patentees) have not entrusted a patent agency, the examiner shall delete the information of the patent agency entrusted by the applicant (or patentee) before the change in the database. (4) If the change needs to be announced in the patent bulletin, if the patentee changes, the situation before and after the project change shall be announced. (5) If the name and address of a patent agency change and the patent agency is revoked in accordance with the Patent Agency Regulations, the following measures shall be taken: (1) If it is necessary to uniformly handle the change of collective description items of patent agencies and the revocation of patent agencies, the relevant description items in the database shall be modified. (2) If the applicant (or patentee) of the patent application (or patent) of the revoked patent agency is an individual or unit in Chinese mainland, the first applicant (or patentee) shall be regarded as the representative of the patent application from the date of revocation of the announcement, and the application shall have another representative. Unless otherwise specified, the applicant (or patentee) may re-entrust other patent agencies. (1) The change procedures of the bibliographic items shall take effect as of the date when the Patent Office issues the qualified notice of the change procedures. The transfer of patent application right (or patent right) shall take effect from the date of registration, that is, the date when the above-mentioned qualified notice is issued. (2) The notice issued by the Patent Office and the matters related to Party B's entry into the editing of the Patent Bulletin shall still be subject to the changes made before the entry into force.
