Xuzhou Vocational and Technical College of Architecture is located at the east foot of Quanshan Mountain, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It was founded in 1979 and was originally the third technical department of the Infrastructure Engineering Corps of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
