Method 2: Please bring your valid ID card (card opening certificate) and Peony Card to apply for registration at the counter of the outlet that provides personal online banking services. If you need to transfer and remit money to other people's accounts or my non-registered online banking account or conduct B2C online shopping through online banking, please activate the "external transfer function" and "e-commerce function" of online banking, and apply for a password card or U shield at the same time before you can pay (Hong Kong credit cards cannot activate this function, and international cards cannot use the inter-bank remittance function).
2. Error in registering "1207" and "7943"?
If the system returns an error [1207] when registering, and an error [7943] when logging in, it means that you used other peony cards to register your personal online banking. Please use the original online banking registration card number (or login ID) and login password to log in and use personal online banking, and do not re-register. If you forget the original online banking registration card and other registration information, please bring your valid ID card to the counter of the branch where you open the account to apply for inquiry.
If you have registered the personal online banking service and now want to use the online banking function of this card, please bring your valid ID card, original online banking registration card and peony card to the local outlets that provide personal online banking services to go through the formalities of "adding online banking registration card", and there is no need to re-register personal online banking.
3. How to cancel online banking?
Do you want to cancel your account if you encounter difficulties in using personal online banking? If yes, please describe the problem in detail and tell us the error information so as to analyze and solve the problem as soon as possible. If not, please bring your valid ID card to the counter of the local branch that provides online banking services for cancellation; Or, after logging in to personal online banking, you can go through Customer Service->; Self-service cancellation with online banking cancellation function. If it is a certificate media customer, the U shield or password card will be cancelled at the same time after cancellation. If you need to use it, you need to bring your valid ID card, registration card and U shield to the local outlets to add U shield business or apply for password card.

4. Can't I enter the password verification code when logging in to personal online banking?
If you encounter a red cross in the password and verification code input box, it means that your browser has not successfully downloaded our ActiveX security control; If the password and verification code input boxes cannot be displayed, it means that your browser prohibits running ActiveX security controls.
The bank's online banking uses ActiveX controls to input passwords. When logging in through the personal online banking control for the first time, the login page will have the process of downloading the control. You only need to download the control once, and then visit the login page later. The control is activated directly on this machine without downloading again. ActiveX controls use the underlying functions of Windows to intercept keyboard events before hackers, which makes it impossible for hackers to obtain users' passwords, thus greatly improving the security of online banking.
If the system cannot download the control automatically, please do the following:
(1) Log in to ICBC portal www.icbc.com.cn;
(2) Click "Download" under "Personal Online Banking Login". After entering the next page, download and install the control program.
(3) Open IE browser and select "Tools" menu->; "internet options"->; Advanced tab-> Click "Restore Default Settings" and click "OK" to close all IE browser windows;
(4) Open IE browser and select "Tools" menu->; "internet options"->; "general" tab->; "Check the newer version of the stored webpage" in Internet temporary file settings selects "Check every time you visit this page".
