Characteristics of counterfeit and shoddy goods
Any of the following situations The goods are fake and shoddy:
1. Counterfeiting registered trademarks;
2. Counterfeiting patents;
3. Pirated and homemade;
4. Counterfeiting the place of origin, factory name, and factory address;
5. Counterfeiting certification marks, international standard adoption marks, famous quality marks, anti-counterfeiting marks and other marks;
6. Failure to meet implementation standards;
7. Adulteration, passing off fake as genuine, passing off inferior as good, passing old as new, passing off substandard goods as qualified goods;
8. Implementing the production license system without a production license or counterfeiting the production license number;
9. Those that have been explicitly eliminated by the state;
10. Expired, invalid, or spoiled.
Products that fall under any of the following conditions are considered counterfeit:
1. There is no implementation standard or the implementation standard number is not indicated;
2. No inspection certificate;
3. There is no Chinese indication of the product name, factory name and factory address;
4. Products with limited use period are not marked with the production date and shelf life, or the production date and shelf life are forged or tampered with;
5. Implementing the production license system without indicating the production license number;
6. Product specifications, grades, main ingredients and content should be indicated but not indicated;
7. May endanger personal or property safety or may cause damage to the product itself due to improper use, and is not marked with warning signs or Chinese warning instructions;
8. Highly toxic, dangerous, fragile, cannot be inverted during storage and transportation, or have other special requirements, and are not marked with warning signs or Chinese warning instructions;
9. Using signs to deceive.
