Inspection method:

The bobbin change direction involves the bobbin travel switch and two (or one) relays in the machine tool electrical appliances. 3. There is a row of Fallon resistors at the bottom of the controller, which are the current limiting resistors of the stepping motor. If one resistor is broken or the connector contact is not good, it will also cause out-of-step or not.

Inspection method:

1. Whether the high frequency power supply has been electrified, whether there is a relay in the high frequency to change direction with the bobbin, or whether there is a check key on the high frequency power supply of some machine tools, you can check whether there is a problem with the high frequency. First, check whether the operating voltage on the driving board is normal or not, then there is a problem with the power board. Generally, there are several groups of high frequency driving boards that can be aligned.

2. The reversing relay has a set of normally closed contacts connected in series in the high-frequency control loop. If it is not good, there is no high frequency. Some machine tools have a reversing high-frequency switch specially. Check it.
