The basic handling fee is 500 yuan per case, and the lawyer service fee will be charged cumulatively according to the following rates:

The rate for the part between 10,001 and 200,000 yuan is 3.5%
The rate for the part between 200,001 and 500,000 yuan The rate is 2.5%

The rate for the amount above 1,000,001 yuan is 0.8%
The fees for representing economic dispute cases are based on the above standards.
For cases of portrait rights, copyrights, reputation rights, trademark rights, patent rights, etc., attorney service fees can be charged according to the above standards.
2. Criminal cases

2. If you are entrusted to serve as a defender for a defendant in a criminal case or an agent for a victim at the trial stage, or as an agent for a private prosecutor or counter-plaintiff in a private prosecution case, you can choose piece-rate or hourly fees through negotiation with the client:
(1) Piece-rate fee: The standard fee is based on the level of jurisdiction of the first instance of the case.
For cases of first instance in basic courts, 2,000-15,000 yuan/piece;
For cases of first instance in intermediate courts, 5,000-35,000 yuan/case;
For cases of first instance in the High Court, RMB 10,000-50,000 per case;
For cases of first instance at the Supreme Court, RMB 30,000-150,000 per case.
(2) Hourly charging: 150-600 yuan/hour.
Timekeeping includes fixed time and non-fixed time:
Quota time is calculated based on actual time consumption, including the following items:

3. The fees charged for acting as an agent in criminal incidental civil litigation shall be in accordance with the fee standards for agency civil cases.
3. Representation of appeals in various litigation cases
The fees for agency appeals in civil and administrative cases shall be in accordance with the fee standards for agency representation in civil and administrative cases; the fees for agency appeals in criminal cases , shall be implemented in accordance with the fee standards for agency criminal cases.
IV. Agency for arbitration cases
The fees for agency arbitration cases shall be in accordance with the fee standards for agency for civil and administrative cases.
