Application conditions: (1) Applicants for national and provincial government scholarships must meet the following conditions: 1. Love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China; 2. Abide by the Constitution and laws and abide by School rules and regulations; 3. Honesty and trustworthiness, good moral character; 4. Excellent academic performance. The course score ranking is in the top 30% of the major, or the weighted average score of the degree course is higher than 80 points (inclusive); and there are no failing subjects in all courses taken. 5. Outstanding scientific research capabilities and remarkable scientific research achievements.
(2) In principle, doctoral candidates should meet one of the following conditions during their studies: 1. Academic papers in science, engineering and medicine should be included in SCI or published in CSCD source journals, and academic papers in humanities and social sciences should be included in SSCI/A&HCI Included or published in CSSCI source journals, or authorized by national invention patents, or published academic monographs; 2. Obtained second-class or above scientific research awards at the prefectural and municipal level (Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Department of Health, Qingdao City); 3. Obtained Shandong Province Postgraduate Outstanding Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievement Award.
