What does the invention-creation referred to in China's patent law not include?

Technical know-how stipulated in Article 2 of the Patent Law: "Invention and creation mentioned in this Law refers to inventions, utility models and designs." Patent law is the sum total of legal norms that exclude technical know-how, adjust certain social relations arising from inventions and creations, and promote technological progress and economic development.
