What does the right to identity include?

Article 11 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China

The protection of the identity rights of natural persons arising from marriage and family relations shall be governed by the relevant provisions of Parts I and V of this Law and other laws; If there are no provisions, the relevant provisions on the protection of personality rights in this part can be applied according to their nature.
