China Academic Social Science Library and Information Center Network (CASHLN) is not an OA platform. In a word, China University Institutional Repository Alliance is an organization dedicated to promoting cooperation and exchange among university libraries. Although it is not an OA platform, it has played a positive role in promoting the opening and sharing of academic resources.
