Up to now, the earliest site of Chinese civilization is Zhejiang Shangshan Cultural Site.
It has always been thought that the history of Chinese civilization is 5 thousand years, but it is actually a misunderstanding. Now archaeological discoveries show that the history of many civilized sites is far more than 5000 years.

Zhejiang Shangshan Civilization Site is the earliest cultural site discovered by Chinese civilization so far.
The site is located in Qunan Village, Huangzhai Town, Pujiang County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province.
Shangshan civilization site is divided into three stages: early, middle and late. Archaeologists have dated the site by the method of carbon 14, and it shows that Shangshan civilization site is from 8400 to 1 1400 years ago, belonging to the early Neolithic site group and the earliest original village in China.
Archaeologists have found many ancient tools in Shangshan site, such as Tao Pan, clay pots, stone core stone tools, stone balls, stone sticks, perforated stone tools, stone rolling sticks, stone chips and so on.
3. Jiahe Lake Site.
Jiahu Site is located in Jiahu Village, southwest of Beiwudu Town, Wuyang County, Henan Province 1.5 km.
Jiahu site has left many objects of ancient civilization, among which there is a brewery. Found residue in the pottery of the brewery. The method of carbon 14 was used to identify the wine residue in the pottery of brewery, which showed that it was 9000 years ago.
Subsequently, the composition of the ancient wine in the brewery was analyzed, and it was found that the ancient wine was made of honey, hawthorn and rice, with an alcohol content of 8%, which was the earliest fermented wine found in the world.
We know that in ancient times, the development of productive forces was very backward. Humans at that time, we are now called primitive people. At that time, people mainly made a living by hunting, simple agricultural production and picking wild fruits. In production, people found that grains and wild fruits can be fermented into wine. Therefore, it was fermented wine in ancient times, and it was not until the later period of mankind that today's distilled wine came into being.
Later, according to the composition of the ancient wine in Jiahu site, some archaeologists even made it into ancient wine and applied for a patent.
