Can I grant a patent without passing the preliminary examination?

Patent pre-trial failure can still be authorized. Failure to pass the patent pre-examination does not mean that it cannot be authorized. Patent pre-examination is a preliminary examination of patent application to assess whether it meets the requirements of patent laws and regulations. If the patent pre-examination fails, the applicant can modify and improve the application documents according to the pre-examination results, and then resubmit the application. After re-submission, the Patent Office will conduct a review.
