To apply for a patent in electronic form, the relevant patent application documents and procedures shall be submitted in the form of electronic files through the electronic patent application system (electronic application client or online business processing platform), and the format of the submitted documents shall conform to the relevant requirements of the Specification for the Format of Electronic Application Documents and the Notes for Electronic Application of Design Patents.

The applicant can personally submit the application documents to the business acceptance hall of the Patent Office and the acceptance window of each agency of the Patent Office.
Process: submit a new application in person → fill in the notification receipt → determine the application date → accept the review → pass, issue a notice/reject, return it to the applicant and inform the reason for rejection.
Step 2 mail the application
Mail the application documents to the acceptance office and agency of the patent office.
