What is the cause of purpura?

Henoch-Schonlein purpura is actually an allergic reaction of the body to certain substances, which increases the permeability and brittleness of the capillary wall, accompanied by vasculitis, and is an allergic reaction of blood vessels to foreign antigens. The etiology of the disease may have many reasons, or it may be the result of the interaction of many factors.
