Is science network a superset of knowledge network?

WEB of Science is a product developed by Thomson Scientific based on WEB. It is a large comprehensive, multidisciplinary and core journal citation index database, including three citation databases (Science Citation Index (SCI), Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) and Arts and Humanities Citation Index (Arts & amp； : Humanities Citation Index (A & amp； HCI) and two fact-based chemical information databases (CCR and Index Chemicus, IC), with ISI knowledge network as the retrieval platform.
