Are there many mold thimbles used in Yun 'an Town?

Hello, not bad. Die thimble is a plastic mould accessory, which is used in plastic moulds. Thimble can also be called push rod, insert needle, middle needle, supporting needle, etc. Sometimes the tip used in lathe is also called thimble.

uses

1). In plastic molds, it is also the most common to separate the product from the mold;

2). Cemented carbide thimbles, such as tungsten steel thimbles, can be used to pass long and thin holes;

3). The thimble, also called the center, is a conical metal round bar with the head assembled on a lathe or grinder to support the workpiece and make it rotate around it, but it is completely different from the thimble of plastic mold parts;

4). Plastic mold thimble can also be used in the mold, which can play a stable role and is called insert needle.

The types of plastic mould thimbles are: flat thimble, dome thimble, supporting thimble, standard thimble, non-standard thimble, etc.

The materials of plastic mould thimbles are SKH51, SKD61, SKD11, 65Mn, etc.

SKH51 thimbles have better toughness than SKD61; SKD61 thimble can withstand the high temperature of 16℃. After nitriding the surface of SKD61 thimble, the wear resistance of thimble can be improved very well. Because of its poor quality, 65Mn thimble is brittle and easy to break, most plastic molds have not assembled and used 65Mn thimble.

Type

Standard model of thimble for lathe and grinder:

The standard of fixed thimble is GB/T924.1-1988, and the standard of rotary thimble is JB/T358-1998

Design standard of thimble and supporting plastic mould

1. If thimble is less than 3㎜, use two thimbles.

2. For the top block pushed out by the rod, it is required that the rod be inserted into the top block for 8㎜. The top block must have a guide sleeve, and the guide sleeve must be fixed

3. If the small top block cannot be fixed with screws, please design a pin for positioning

4. The R angle of the top piece must be designed

5. When the mold can be demoulded by both the top piece and the ejector pin, the ejector pin is given priority.

6. There is 2-25mm left in the thimble.

7. The left and right clearance of the ejector pin plate is .5㎜.

8. The ejector pin plate must have lower guide posts and garbage nails.

9. Give priority to the ejection accessories as far as possible when resetting the ejector pin plate (except the spring required by the customer)

1. Try to use a larger ejector pin (force and life) for ejection.

11. On the premise that the product can be automatically detached by inclined roof, try to avoid using air roof.

12. The core and cavity valve should be designed concentrically (especially transparent products).

13. Carefully calculate the ejection distance in mold design to avoid insufficient ejection stroke.

14. If the product is not as it is, the ejection position and mode should be carefully considered.

15. Put the oil cylinder on the ejector pin plate for the mold ejected by the oil cylinder.

16. The valve installation should be removed from bottom to top.

17. Try not to screw the core in the push tube, but fix it with a pressure plate.

18. The thimble on the inclined plane and the thimble steps are designed to be long and rectangular to avoid the inconvenience of D-shaped processing.

19. The plate under the fixing screw of the inclined top sliding foot is designed to penetrate and be easily disassembled.

2. The position opposite to the reset lever should be designed with a cushion insert. (convenient processing and collision resistance)

The design of the ejection hole of the die below 21.3 ㎜ is 45 mm; Mold design greater than 3㎜-¢6mm (large mold depends).

there should be more than 5 ejection holes for molds with a diameter of more than 22.4 ㎜.

23. D-shaped air cap is used for the air cap on the inclined plane.

24. The angle between the inclined top and the square small straight top block should be R (to reduce friction).

25. The stripper can be designed as a top ring as far as possible.

I hope I can help you.
