Why are there worms in the eel's belly?

The strip-shaped parasites are most likely tapeworms, which are called "Fuzi" or "fish-faced intestines" in some places. Taeniasis is a disease affecting humans and animals. There are many kinds of adult tapeworms such as cattle, pigs, and fish tapeworms. Fish tapeworms mostly occur in freshwater fish. If you find tapeworms in fish belly, do not eat them to avoid contracting tapeworm disease.

Treatment methods

For the treatment of comprehensive gill diseases, the parasites are usually killed first, then the gill mycosis is treated, and finally the bacterial diseases are treated. However, according to different eel farm eels, The severity of the disease is different. In all the following treatment processes, there are appropriate choices for certain steps.

1. Treating bacteria

When it is determined that branchial mold is no longer the main pathogen through microscopic examination or judging by the number of dead eels caused by medication, you can start treating bacteria. First, take "Pulekang" (10% Florfenicol) 7g/? for 2 consecutive medicated baths, 24 hours each time;

Finally, take "Povidone-iodine" or other iodine preparations continuously Take medicated bath twice to prevent secondary infection by pathogenic bacteria.

During the entire treatment process, if the eel has an appetite, it is best to insist on feeding, but the daily feeding rate should be controlled between 1.0% and 1.2%. At the same time, add "Vc" 1.5g/kg material, "Ve" 1g/kg material, and "Isatis Granules" 5g/kg material when mixing. The sewage should be drained thoroughly every time. Eels that have died of disease in the pond are fished out promptly.

When cultivating eels, eel diseases are inevitable. Timely and correct judgment of the disease and determination of the pathogen are the key to treating the disease. Regarding the prevalent eel comprehensive gill disease, some eel farms treated with the above methods have achieved very obvious results.

2. There is parasitic infection

Cut out the gill pieces of the diseased eels and make them into glass slices. Examine them under a low-power microscope. If there are more than 5 Ringworms or more than 10 Trichophytes in one field of view, The parasites must be dealt with first.

(1) Ringworm:

Use "potassium permanganate" 1.5g/m? medicated bath for 2 to 3 hours;

Then replace it in large quantities Water (more than 80%);

Then use "Wuhan King" (Wuhan) 0.5g/m2 + "Compound Mebendazole" 1.2g/m2, and continue the medicinal bath for more than 36 hours.

If there are more ringworm larvae, use "AEZ-Insect Killer King" (Wuxi) 0.5g/m? + "Deousan" (Xiamen) 0.6g/m? continuous medicinal bath for 36 hours above.

If the body of the eel is extremely weak during the severe period of the disease, use "potassium permanganate" 1.8g/m or "Insecticide ц" (Chengdu) 3g/cubic meter, and take a continuous medicated bath for 36 hours above.

During the insecticide period, the number of eel deaths may increase, but completing the insecticide is very beneficial to subsequent treatment. In addition, it usually takes more than 72 hours to kill anthony rings with a medicinal bath. However, considering the main causes of eel death, after 36 hours of medicinal bathing, if the ringworms are appropriately reduced or controlled under the microscope, the subsequent treatment of gill mold can be carried out.

(2) Trichophytes:

Use "potassium permanganate" 1.5g/m? medicinal bath for 2 to 3 hours.

Then change the water in large quantities (more than 80%);

Use "Blue Angel" or "Angel Blue" (copper complex) 1.5g/m? + "Hundred Insect Killer" "(Formaldehyde concentrate) 1.5g/m? Continuous medicinal bath for 24 hours is sufficient.

3. Treating gill mold

First, take a medicated bath of 1‰ of "table salt" + 1‰ of "baking soda" + 2.5g/m of "methylene blue" for 2 days, and then change the water in large quantities;

Secondly, "Blue Angel" or "Angel Blue" 1.5g/m + "Virus Net" (single chain quaternary ammonium salt) 1.5g/m? medicated bath for 2 consecutive days (the water needs to be changed on the middle day Tonic), (it is best to start using these two medicines in the morning on a sunny day);

Finally, "Antecon" (double-chain quaternary ammonium salt) 0.7g/m? medicated bath 2 to 3 times , 24 hours a time.

If the eel's condition recovers significantly, you can consider using "methylene blue" 2.5g/m for another 2 to 3 days, or use the above process again. In addition, in the treatment of eel diseases, in some eel farms, in fact, in addition to parasites, the main pathogen is branchial mold. Eels with branchial mold can fully recover if they are treated with branchial mold.
