The south side of this project is the ring section of underground passage with about 16 households, the west side is Lu 'ao Road, the north side is Haitou Logistics Park, and the east side is the built yard of Haitou Logistics Park. There are many communication and water and electricity pipelines within the construction scope of Haitou Logistics Park.
4. General situation of construction power supply and distribution
4. 1. Independent power supply and distribution system is set on site, and 380/220V power supply is introduced from Lu 'ao Road and connected to the distribution box on the construction site. The power supply system provided by the transformer adopts TN-S neutral point protection system; The low-voltage power supply mode is radial.
4.2. The site electrical equipment of the gate square, underground passage, inspection area, steel workshop and temporary office facilities to be built by the project department is controlled by the general distribution box; Due to the light load and long line, the electricity for road construction on the north, east and west sides of the warehouse is provided by small generators. There are 1 400A air switch (equipped with automatic reclosing leakage protector) and two 400A four-pole leakage switches in the control cabinet of the low-voltage distribution room, which are respectively used in the gate square, underground passage and inspection area. The secondary distribution box and switch box are set in the steel bar production site and the temporary facilities of the project department. The power distribution setting is low-voltage chamber → secondary electric box → junction box. Three-level distribution, secondary protection and neutral protection system are adopted.
4.3. There are five fixed distribution boxes in the gate square, underground passage, inspection area, steel bar production and temporary office facilities of the project department.
4.5. Each fixed equipment is equipped with a special switch box, each electric welding machine is equipped with a mobile switch box, and each concrete vibrator uses a mobile switch box.
4.6. Each loop of the main distribution panel (box) is equipped with a leakage circuit breaker, and its residual action current is not greater than1000 mA. Action time is not more than 0.1s; Residual working current is not more than 30mA leakage circuit breaker. And the operation time is not more than 0. 1s in the switch box.
4.7. The power cord from the main distribution box to each distribution box shall be laid underground with VV22 armored insulated cable or overhead with BV insulated wire; The power cord from the distribution box to the switch box adopts YC type universal rubber insulated flexible cable, which is buried through the steel pipe.
