(six) the quality management system documents of the technology (product) holding unit and the production unit;
(seven) the use effect of the technology (product) issued by more than 2 users;
(eight) patent certificate or technology (product) transfer agreement;
(9) Electronic documents of the above materials;
Foreign language materials shall be accompanied by Chinese translation, which shall prevail.
The application materials shall be complete, conform to the actual situation of the enterprise, and the data shall be true and accurate. Unified use of A4 paper, bound in the above order, in triplicate.
