The substantive examination procedure is usually initiated by the applicant at his request or by the Patent Office.
If the application for a patent for invention is not found to be rejected after substantive examination, the Patent Office shall make a decision to grant the patent right for invention.
If your patent has entered the real trial stage, you can wait. The patent office examiner examines the application documents submitted by you. If your application documents are defective, the examiner will issue a notice of examination opinions, and you can reply according to the requirements of the notice without taking the initiative to go to the patent office.
