[57] Abstract [Abstract] Accessories for drying iron-containing or non-iron-containing turnover or waste materials include a vertical shaft driver (1), in which a roller (2) is transversely installed, and the roller (2) surrounds a transport device (3) for the turnover. The meat stuffing is indirectly heated by the drum (2) to evaporate its liquid components, while maintaining a protective atmosphere in the drum to prevent the material from being oxidized. The steam leaving the tank (2) is burned in the dryer (1) to heat the material and make the equipment self-sufficient. As an alternative, steam can be treated to restore its oil content, for example by distillation.
