The rated load of forklift refers to the maximum bearing capacity of forklift itself, excluding counterweight. In practical use, if heavy goods need to be lifted, the stability and bearing capacity of forklift can be improved by increasing the counterweight. According to the design principle of forklift, the counterweight of forklift can generally reach about 50%~ 150% of its rated load. Therefore, 2 tons of counterweight can be added to the 6-ton forklift to improve its carrying capacity.
