Born in Dingshu Town, Yixing City, Jiangsu Province in 1970, he is the descendant of Gu Jingzhou, the master of purple sand. In the 1990s, he studied under Wu Yaping, a researcher-level senior arts and crafts artist. He has been practicing art for more than 20 years. Under the careful guidance of his mentor, he has Through his own hard work, he has developed solid basic pot-making skills.
In 2005, he founded "Gaogao Zisha Studio", focusing on the design and production of Zisha teapots. In the creative process, he inherited the tradition but did not stick to conventions. He was brave enough to explore and be good at innovation, integrating tea utensils and elegant Zisha art. The combination created a personal art school that blends flowers and elements, is beautiful for both appreciation and use, and has a unique style.

He studied under Wu Yaping and is part of the Gu family
Wu Yaping, who studied under Gu Jingzhou, is a celebrity in ceramic art in Jiangsu Province and a researcher-level senior arts and crafts artist. In 1958, he studied under Master Gu Jingzhou. He received his guidance and careful guidance, and learned his true teachings deeply. Eleven works have obtained design patents from the State Intellectual Property Office, and more than 20 works have won awards in national and domestic and overseas exhibitions. Ten works have been permanently collected by the Chinese National Art Treasures Museum, Zhongnanhai Ziguang Pavilion, Capital Museum, Anhui Provincial Museum, and Tianjin Museum.
In 1989, Teacher Gao Aihua studied under Wu Yaping, a master of purple clay pot art and a national senior arts and crafts artist. Based on his own original creation, he further consolidated the purple clay art creation techniques and systematically and meticulously studied the purple clay pot art; Master Wu Yaping is rigorous in his studies, which laid the theoretical and practical foundation for Gao Aihua's purple clay artistic creation.
In the process of creation, Teacher Gao Aihua inherited the tradition but did not stick to the rules. He was brave in exploration and better at innovation. He combined the elegant purple sand art with daily necessities, thus creating a brand that blends flowers and elements, and is beautiful for both appreciation and use.
