Brief introduction of Jiang Minkuan

Jiang Minkuan, 1930 was born in Wuxian County, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. 196/kloc-joined the China * * * production party in June, 1950 graduated from the mechanical department of Shanghai University of Technology in May, with a college degree and a researcher-level senior engineer. 1947 to 1950 studied in the mechanical department of Shanghai University of Technology. 1May, 1950 to1May, 1952, served as technician, acting director of workshop, acting chief of factory infrastructure department, acting director of factory public works department, vice chairman of factory trade union and vice president of factory technical school of Nonferrous Metals Administration of Northeast Ministry of Industry. 1952- 1955 studied in Fushun Russian training class of Northeast Ministry of Industry, and worked as an intern in Ural Kaminsk aluminum processing plant in the Soviet Union, serving as acting chief of technical unit, deputy director of workshop and director of workshop. From 1955 to 1966, Ren Guoying 10 1 factory served as deputy director, workshop director, chief of innovation department, director of trial production workshop and deputy commander of production headquarters. 1966 to 1982 served as deputy chief engineer, chief engineer, production team leader, deputy director and director of southwest aluminum processing plant (state-owned No.12 plant). 1982 to 1983 served as vice governor of Sichuan province and director of the provincial planning commission. 1983- 1985 served as deputy secretary of Sichuan provincial party Committee and vice governor of Sichuan province. 1985- 1988 served as deputy secretary of Sichuan provincial party Committee and governor of Sichuan province (during which he studied in 1987- 1988 central party school cadre training class). 1988 to 1990 served as deputy director of the state science and technology commission and deputy secretary of the party group. During this period, 1989 was also the director of China Patent Office from May to May. 1September 1990 to1July 1995 served as deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee (standing). He used to be Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Retired in April 2004.

Alternate member and member of the 12th Central Committee (by-election of the National Congress in September, 1985), member of the 13th and 14th Central Committees. The representative of the Sixth National People's Congress, 199 1, was elected as the seventh Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Standing Committee in April. 1March 1993,1March 1998, was elected as the eighth and ninth Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Standing Committee.
