DQ only has ice cream and hot dogs. Blizzard is one of its products. Ice cream is mixed with optional nuts, cookies and other optional items, and is blended with a blender.
Going in winter is no different from going in other seasons, just choose nuts or biscuits, add ice cream, and choose the capacity.
