Introduction to Judy's achievements

On the basis of repeated experiments, the "Manufacturing Technology of Small-die Gear Mould", which is in charge of research, invented a new manufacturing technology and obtained a national patent. This technology has solved key technical problems for many production units and is in a leading position in China. A user said in the comment: "The manufacturing accuracy has reached the level of similar products in Japan, which has filled the domestic gap, saved more than 200,000 foreign exchange for the factory and opened up a new way to replace imported products." This technology was also selected by the State Education Commission as the "Second China University New Invention Exhibition Conference" project to be exhibited in Hongkong.

Judy's new ceramic special processing project is unique in China. This project directly serves the national major project "Development of Ceramic Engine". After a lot of experiments and continuous improvement, ceramic parts containing complex oxime were manufactured. This achievement has great potential and application prospect. In the precision electroforming project he presided over, the mechanism and application of electroforming were deeply and systematically studied, and creative methods were put forward to solve the problems of electroforming electric field distortion. Some research results have solved key problems for production units.

Electrochemical machining (ECM) is one of the key manufacturing technologies of aero-engine blades, integral bladed disks and other core components, but the mechanism and key technologies of precision ECM have not been broken in China for a long time. Judy developed a tool design system and a precision machining machine tool for blade electrolysis, which realized the precision machining of aero-engine blades for the first time in China. It has been used in the development of compressor blades of Taihang series aero-engines, and the machining accuracy of the profile has reached the international advanced level, which has significantly improved the product quality. For the first time, an electrolytic machining machine tool for integral bladed disks has been developed in China. This technology and equipment greatly improve the production efficiency of the integral bladed disk and meet the urgent needs of the development of a new generation of aero-engines in China. The electrochemical machining technology of integral bladed disk has been applied to the development of a new aero-engine with high thrust-to-weight ratio in China, which provides technical support for the smooth development of major national defense tasks. This achievement won the second prize of 20 10 National Technological Invention Award.

He also developed a unique friction-assisted high-performance electroforming machine tool at home and abroad, which can be used for high-efficiency and high-quality electroforming of large complex structures. It has been used in the development of the thrust chamber sample of a large liquid rocket engine, which eliminates the delamination phenomenon caused by the shutdown and tumor removal of traditional electroforming, and realizes the rocket engine thrust chamber without nodules, pinholes and delamination for the first time, and the quality and efficiency are significantly improved. This achievement won the second prize of National Technological Invention Award in 2007.

On the basis of research results, he is now aiming at the main direction of manufacturing technology-micro-machining technology, and is committed to the exploration and development of micro-electroforming technology. This research project was well received by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (65438-0993).

Judy's academic achievements have had an important influence in the academic circles. Since 1998, CIRP has published 27 papers in the field of electrochemical manufacturing technology, among which Professor Judy has published 7 papers as the first author. In 2008, he was co-elected as an academician by all 65,438+070 academicians of CIRP. Judy won a wide reputation because of his contribution to science. He has been commended and rewarded by Aviation Industry Corporation and the State Education Commission for many times, such as "Dr. China who has made outstanding achievements".
