Introduction of spherical silica micro-powder technology

Spherical silica micropowder technology is based on low-priced natural high-quality powder timely minerals. At present, it is mainly made by two processes: 1. In the presence of dispersant and spherical catalyst, high-purity spherical nano-amorphous silica micropowder meeting the requirements of electronic packaging materials is prepared by sol-gel technology; 2. Melting into spherical amorphous silicon micropowder by flame method or ion flame method. At present, in the high-end user market, such as integrated circuit packaging, the second process is adopted. The method of preparing high-purity spherical nano-amorphous silicon micropowder from natural powder developed by Chengdu University of Technology was patented in China National Intellectual Property Administration. There are other methods to prepare spherical silicon powder, such as AC high frequency plasma melting method, gas combustion flame method and high temperature melt injection method.
