1978: completed the development of the first KA20C screw refrigeration compressor in China. (Current model LG20A)
1982: The development of the first BLG 12.5 semi-closed screw refrigeration compressor in China was completed.
1984: complete the development of series screw refrigeration compressors and units with rotor diameters of 100, 125, 160, 200 and 250 mm.
1985: LG 12.5, LG 16, LG20 and LG25 series screw refrigeration compressors and units, including municipal, provincial and ministerial quality products, won the gold medal, and obtained the AR2 (Class I, II and III) pressure vessel manufacturing license through the examination of the former Ministry of Labor.
1986: It took the lead in developing a 5: 6 high-efficiency patent line in China and completed the development of a series of economizer units. Through the examination of the former Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Machinery Industry, we obtained the design qualification of Class I, II and III pressure vessels.
1987: The first screw cascade unit at -70℃ in China was successfully developed.
1989: Successfully developed the first LG3 1.5 screw refrigeration compressor and unit in China, with many advanced technologies.
1990: Two leading products, LG 20 and LG 12.5, won the National Excellent Gold Award. The special gas compressor and unit for process flow have been successfully developed.
1992: D series and w series electromechanical integrated screw chillers have been successfully developed.
1993: The second generation semi-closed screw refrigeration compressors BLG 100 and BLG 140 were successfully developed.
1994: the second generation open screw refrigeration compressor LG16Ⅱ was successfully developed.
1995: the first generation household scroll refrigerator WX42 with a cooling capacity of 42kW was successfully developed.
1996: the development of the second generation screw refrigeration compressor and its unit has been completed, as well as the development of 1 ~ 7m3 screw air compressor. The leading products passed the Grade A re-evaluation of Hefei National Testing Center again.
1997: a new generation of screw refrigerators and screw air compressors have entered the market in an all-round way and are well received by users. The third generation screw refrigeration compressor and its unit were developed and started, and the large displacement screw air compressor was developed and started.
1998: BLG16Ⅲ semi-closed screw refrigeration compressor and chiller were successfully developed. The first liquid-spraying screw ammonia refrigerator in China was put into industrial operation.
1999: LG10Ⅲ, LG14Ⅲ, LG16Ⅲ d, LG20Ⅲ d, LG25Ⅲ t, the third generation of screw refrigeration compressors and units have been successfully developed. Screw type ⅲ refrigeration compressor and unit with international advanced level have been put into the market in an all-round way.
2000: The third generation open screw refrigeration compressors LG20 and LG25 Ⅲ D were successfully developed.
200 1: The third generation open screw refrigeration compressors LG 654 38+06 Ⅲ, LG25 and LG 20 Ⅲ T have been successfully developed.
In 2002, it took the lead in developing screw type ⅲ refrigeration compressor and chemical and fertilizer units in China.
In 2004, the large-displacement screw refrigeration compressor LG 310.5 Ⅲ TA/F with full rolling bearing was completed with the current international advanced level.
In 2005, the development of the fourth generation screw refrigeration compressors LG20Ⅳ F and LG20Ⅳ DF for air conditioners with the current international advanced level was completed. Wu Leng screw refrigerator won the famous trademark of Hubei Province.
In 2006, the company began to produce screw-type (ammonia) refrigeration compressors, and passed the CRAA certification of CNAB Center and CNCA. In 2006, the company's screw chiller and refrigeration compressor equipment were included in the list of recommended manufacturers of main electromechanical equipment for hydropower projects recommended by the General Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design.
In 2006, the company's series of screw refrigeration units were rated as "the first choice brand for consumers in food machinery industry in 2006".
In 2007, a new type of two-machine two-stage screw refrigeration compressor unit was developed and put into production.
In 2008: Wu Leng moved to the industrial park as a whole and built a modern factory building and assembly line. In the same year, Wu Leng passed ISO900 1:2000: 2000 quality management system, ISO14001:2004+0: 2004 environmental management system and GB/T28000:200 1 occupational health and safety management.
