Justin: Male, China nationality, born in 1958, with no permanent residency abroad, graduated from Central South University with a doctor's degree in internal medicine, party member, CPC. July1983-July 1992 worked in the Cardiovascular Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Medical University (now Xiangya Hospital of Central South University). 1since August, 1992, he has served as deputy director, director, vice president, director of medical experiment center and director of clinical pharmacology center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Medical University (now Xiangya Third Hospital of Central South University). Expert of government special allowance under the State Council, chief expert of national major special project of new drug creation and 973 project.
