Semi-forming:

The most important link, the most complicated workshop of the machine, I work in this workshop as a member of the engineering department.

In a word, the semi-molding workshop is the most difficult and the most stringent, because it involves many parts and products. Rubber becomes ripe rubber after more than 10 minutes in the extruder head, which is invalid. Molding workshop:

Parts produced in the semi-molding workshop are sent here, and each part is arranged in sequence in the molding machine: fiber layer (narrow), sidewall, liner, fiber cord, steel cord, crown belt and tread.

Hang the traveler. The forming machine automatically extrudes the green tire. At this time, the tire has already taken shape, but it is still raw rubber. The workshop is 20 degrees all the year round and cool. . The machines are all VMI in the Netherlands, and the degree of automation is super high. Vulcanization: Before the green tire is vulcanized, a layer of release agent should be sprayed on the lining to prevent the vulcanizer capsule from sticking to the lining.
