Mainly engaged in the research of medical inhalation gases (volatile anesthetics and inhaled nitric oxide). During my study and work in the United States, I conducted an in-depth discussion on volatile anesthetics. After returning to China, he has done a lot of work in the basic research and development of intravenous emulsified volatile anesthetics, undertaken more than ten national, ministerial and provincial projects including the National Natural Science Foundation, and achieved important research results. The largest series of studies on the solubility (distribution coefficient in blood, tissue, oil and water) of inhalation anesthetics in the world in recent 20 years were completed, and the important characteristics of pharmacokinetics of inhalation anesthetics were expounded. The new concept of "volume ratio distribution coefficient" was put forward, the invention patent of "emulsified inhalation anesthetic" was obtained, the preclinical research of emulsified isoflurane, a new drug with independent intellectual property rights in China, was completed, and the safe application of 150 ton domestic inhalation anesthetic was promoted and realized. A new strain of Drosophila melanogaster was developed to study the sensitivity of inhaled anesthetics. Through international cooperation, it is proved that the May-Ou theory that explains the mechanism of inhalation anesthesia is incorrect. This paper expounds some laws of the influence of hemodilution on the pharmacokinetics of anesthetics and applies them to clinic. An intra-arterial balloon occlusion and rapid blood cell analyzer for perioperative blood protection was developed. Up to now, more than 40 papers1have been published in famous foreign journals such as Am J Veteres, J Cardiothoracle, Vascular anesthesiology and important domestic academic journals, and 5 papers1have been included in SCI, including 30 papers published in English, which have been cited by international magazines for more than 600 times. He read 28 papers at the world's largest annual meeting of anesthesiology (ASA) and was invited to give academic reports at international conferences for many times. Won the second prize of Ministry of Health, Sichuan Province and National Science and Technology Progress Award 1 time, and the first prize of China Academy of Medical Sciences 1 time.
With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the pharmacokinetics of emulsified volatile anesthetics by intravenous injection is being studied.
