Combustion pellet import procedures

The fuel import procedures are: environmental protection approval procedures, industrial and commercial registration, tax registration, fire protection approval, pellet fuel certification and patent application.

1. Environmental protection approval procedures: Since the production process of biomass pellet fuel will produce wastewater, waste gas, waste, etc., it is necessary to apply for environmental protection approval procedures from the local environmental protection department and only produce after approval.

2. Industrial and Commercial Registration: Before carrying out production activities, the company needs to be registered with the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, and business activities can only be carried out after obtaining a business license.

3. Tax registration: After registering the company with the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, it needs to register with the Tax Bureau and pay the corresponding taxes.

4. Fire protection approval: Electricity, gas and other equipment need to be used in the production process. Fire protection approval procedures need to be applied to the local fire department to ensure the safety of the production process.

5. Pellet fuel certification: Biomass pellet fuel needs to meet certain quality standards before it can enter the international market.

6. Patent application: If you want to protect the intellectual property rights of the production process and equipment design, you need to apply for a patent and obtain patent protection.
