Patent transfer registration procedures

The procedure is as follows: 1. Sign a transfer contract. A patent application right transfer contract refers to a contract in which the transferor transfers the right to apply for a patent for his invention to the transferee, and the transferee pays an agreed price. 2. The materials that need to be prepared for registration procedures at the Patent Office include the "Declaration Form for Changes in Bibliographic Items" and the certification materials for changes in bibliographic items, and then submit them to the State Intellectual Property Office together with the "Patent Rights Transfer Contract". 3. After submitting relevant materials, a bibliographic item change fee needs to be paid, and should be paid within one month from the date of request. 4. After the State Intellectual Property Office has reviewed the submitted materials and passed them, it will issue a "Notice of Qualified Change Procedures".
