The meaning of intellectual property rights

Intellectual property refers to the rights that people enjoy according to the fruits of intellectual labor, including patent right, trademark right, copyright and trade secret. The essence is intangible property or spiritual wealth without form, which, like tangible property, is protected by national laws.

Intellectual property is the exclusive right of citizens, legal persons or other organizations to possess, use, dispose of and benefit from the fruits of their intellectual labor according to law. It is an intangible property right. It has the same value and use value as tangible assets such as houses, cars and computers. It can be bought, sold, donated and used, and is protected by national laws.

Intellectual property rights include patent right, trademark right, copyright (copyright), manufacturer's name, new plant variety, name of origin, source mark, trade secret, prevention of unfair competition, right to new plant variety, exclusive right to layout design of integrated circuit, etc.

Infringement of intellectual property rights:

1. Unauthorized use of identical or similar trademarks, special signs, patents, works and other creative achievements in production, operation, advertising, publicity and performance;

2. Forging or manufacturing identical or similar trademarks or special signs without authorization, or selling forged or unauthorized trademarks or special signs;

3, disguised use of the same or similar trademarks, special signs, patents, works and other creative achievements;

4. Unauthorized use of identical or similar trademarks, special signs, patents, works and other creative achievements in the registration of enterprises, social organizations, institutions and private non-enterprise units and in the names of websites, domain names, buildings, structures and places;

5. Providing places, storage, transportation, mailing, concealment and other convenient conditions for the infringement;

6. Other infringements in violation of relevant national laws and regulations.
