Changxing power plant patent

Kinetic energy generated by a large number of air currents on the earth's surface. Due to the different temperature changes in different parts of the ground after being irradiated by the sun and the different windmill content of water vapor in the air of Oran Island, Sweden, the air pressure is different, and the high-pressure air flows to the low-pressure area in the horizontal direction, that is, the wind is formed. Wind energy resources depend on wind energy density and accumulated hours of available wind energy. Wind energy density is the available wind power per windward area, which is directly proportional to the cubic power of wind speed and air density. It is estimated that the global total wind energy is about 654.38+30 million kilowatts, and that in China is about 654.38+60 million kilowatts. Wind energy resources are greatly influenced by topography. Most of the world's wind energy resources are concentrated in coastal areas and contraction zones of open continents, such as California coast in the United States and some countries in northern Europe, and there are also abundant wind energy resources in the southeast coast of China, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Gansu. The wind energy density in the southeast coast and nearby islands of China can reach more than 300 W/m2, and the wind speed of 3 ~ 20m/s accumulates over 6,000 hours every year. The inland areas with the best wind energy resources, along Inner Mongolia to Xinjiang, have a wind energy density of 200-300 W/m2, and the wind speed of 3-20 m/s accumulates 5000-6000 hours every year. These areas are suitable for developing wind power generation and wind pumping. Xinjiang Dabancheng Wind Power Station 1992 is the largest wind power station in China with an installed capacity of 5,500 kilowatts.

Wind power generation can be divided into horizontal axis and vertical axis. At present, the horizontal axis is mainly used. However, with the development of science and technology, people have realized some unfavorable factors brought by the horizontal axis, such as loud noise, large volume, complex mechanism and poor wind resistance. All countries in the world have begun to develop vertical axis wind turbines. China first started this research. 200 1, Shanghai mosi electronic equipment co., ltd. developed a new wind turbine according to the instructions of the army. After technical demonstration, the product was put into use at the end of 2002 and achieved ideal results. In addition, Europe and Japan also began to develop vertical axis wind turbines in 2003. Driven by market demand, all countries have shown great enthusiasm.

Judging from the existing data, the main direction of future development of small and medium-sized fans is vertical axis!

Since 2007, Shanghai Moss Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as MUCE) has cooperated with Tongji University professor (doctoral supervisor) * * * to take the lead in developing the research of super-large vertical axis wind turbines (single power 10MW) in the world. Recently, the progress of the first phase of the research plan has been successfully completed, and the expected effect of wind power generation principle modeling research has been achieved.

This project was put forward by MUCE, and further research was carried out by using the aerodynamic principle of MUCE's existing vertical axis wind turbine. The structure composition of each part, blade airfoil, wind resistance coefficient of connecting parts, suspension force of rotating mechanism, torque of permanent magnet generator, power generation of permanent magnet generator, wind resistance of unit and sea level adaptability of unit are studied in detail, and wind tunnel simulation tests are carried out. It not only conforms to the original overall design concept, but also greatly improves the efficiency of wind power generation, and its manufacturing cost will be far lower than the current wind power generator.

This project has been strongly supported by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and relevant government departments, laying a foundation for further research. It is expected that the project will be applied in the field at the end of 2007.

Super-large vertical axis wind turbine is built like a small power plant, and its single power is designed between 10MW and 50MW, which can be widely used in terrain with relatively good wind resources, such as the top of buildings, coastal areas, shallow seas, plains and hilltops.

MUCE will bring new impetus to the development of the world!

This project has applied for a patent! I hope people from all walks of life will pay wide attention to it. MUCE will report the research progress in the future.
