You Zheng's Personal Achievements

As the technical director of this project, I successfully manufactured, launched and operated the Tsinghua-1 microsatellite through international cooperation. My contribution is to be responsible for the overall design of the satellite, the comprehensive integration test of the satellite and the development of the ground remote sensing load. This satellite has been successfully in orbit for more than two years. These technologies have been successfully applied to the development of KT- 1PS microsatellite. Combined with the application of remote sensing load, the book Space Tsinghua-1 Satellite and Its Applications (deputy editor of China Aerospace Publishing House) was published, which had a great influence at home and abroad. Members of the jury believe that this achievement fills the gap in the field of micro-remote sensing in China.

The development of kilogram-class MEMS satellite was put forward and carried out for the first time in China. Based on the development of MEMS technology, this paper puts forward a new concept-the development of MEMS satellite, and completes the development of principle prototype on the basis of the development of related MEMS devices.

MEMS technology is successfully combined with space application technology, and the miniaturization of spacecraft functional components based on MEMS technology is put forward. The research on magnetic sensors and inertial sensors based on vibration tunneling technology and the research on miniature space optical sensors are carried out, and the sample development is completed.

A micro inertial measurement unit (MIMU) based on MEMS silicon gyroscope, MEMS time-sensitive gyroscope, micro-fiber gyroscope and MEMS silicon accelerometer is developed, which creatively solves the problem of integrated application of low-precision inertial sensors. The results have passed the technical appraisal of the Ministry of Information Industry, and are at the international advanced level. They have been widely used in large-scale absolute measurement (which has won the national invention patent), instantaneous attitude measurement of missile-aircraft separation, satellite attitude measurement control and other fields. In 2003, he won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award.

A new nondestructive testing method of micro-defects in semiconductor materials based on near infrared laser scattering principle is proposed for the first time, and a prototype is developed. Innovative research on laser ultrasonic detection technology of surface microcracks. The achievements have passed the technical appraisal of the Ministry of Information Industry and are at the international advanced level, and the related achievements have obtained national invention patents. In 2004, he won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award.

The development of MEMS array micro-thruster is carried out for the first time in China, and a 6 ′ 6 micro-thruster prototype composed of control layer, ignition layer, booster layer and thrust layer is proposed and realized.
