Relevant knowledge of hazardous waste treatment technology

Before the waste is put into the furnace, it is matched according to its composition, calorific value and other parameters. During the matching process, attention should be paid to the compatibility between the wastes to avoid reactions after mixing incompatible wastes.

Large-sized waste that cannot be directly put into the furnace for incineration should be crushed and then put into the furnace for incineration. After high-temperature incineration, the combustion products are highly toxic substances, such as arsenic-containing waste; waste containing radioactive substances; and explosive waste.

Design different feeding methods according to different properties of materials:

Industrial waste is fed by a driving grab and automatically weighed.

The packaging of barreled waste or semi-solid waste adopts bucket lifting and loading, and automatic weighing and measurement.

Using two-stage sealing, the sealing effect is good and the smoke does not escape.

The pusher and sealing door are hydraulically driven, with stable and reliable performance.

The part of the trough that goes deep into the kiln is made of heat-resistant stainless steel and uses a unique cooling device to ensure long service life.

Liquid waste is transported by pumps, and the medium is atomized and sprayed into the furnace for incineration. Considering that the viscosity may be large, the system adopts heat mixing measures.
