Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Vocational Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education on college entrance examination enrollment, and in combination with the actual situation of our college.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 2 Under the leadership of the Party Committee of the College, a leading group for enrollment work is established, which is composed of the main leaders of the College, the leaders in charge of the College and the heads of relevant departments such as the Admissions and Employment Office, the Academic Affairs Office and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, and is responsible for determining enrollment policies and rules and deciding on major enrollment matters.
Article 3 The College Admissions and Employment Department is a permanent organization that organizes and implements enrollment and related work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of enrollment.

Chapter IV General Situation of College
Article 10 Langfang Vocational and Technical College is located in Langfang City, Hebei Province. It is the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units of the Ministry of Education and a high-quality vocational college in Hebei Province. The college is divided into three campuses, with a total area of 467 mu, a building area of 2 1 1,000 square meters, a library of 480,000 books, 27 experimental training rooms 1 0, and a creative space of 6,000 square meters. Chapter V Enrollment Plan
Article 11 The enrollment plan shall be based on the career plan issued by the Education Department of Hebei Province, and the enrollment plans by province and specialty shall be based on the plans announced by the competent departments of college enrollment examinations in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Chapter VI Application and Access
Twelfth candidates (including counterparts) who participate in the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in 2022 and meet the enrollment conditions of our college shall comply with the "Regulations on the Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2022" of the Ministry of Education.
Article 13 Access Rules
1. Strictly implement the enrollment policies of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and adhere to the principle of "fairness, justice and openness".
2. For the candidates with extra points and lower points, the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the students are located shall be implemented.
3. In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that have not implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the candidates who have entered the file will be admitted professionally, and the majors will be arranged according to the principle of "score first and willingness to follow", and the candidates will be admitted from high score to low score. There is no difference in professional volunteer level; In the case of the same total score (including extra points), compare the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in turn and choose the best candidates; When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, the candidates who obey the professional adjustment will be transferred to other majors whose plans are not full, and the candidates who don't obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

5. The College implements the provisions and requirements of the proportion of investment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and gives priority to the candidates of the first choice (sequential choice or parallel volunteer). When the number of the first volunteer students is insufficient, other volunteers will be admitted (collecting volunteers).
6. Foreign languages are not limited, and English is the foreign language teaching for freshmen.
7. The enrollment ratio of male and female students in each major is not limited.
Article 14 After the new students report for duty, the school will identify their admission qualifications and have a physical examination. Those who practise fraud and do not meet the admission requirements will be disqualified.
Chapter VII Enrollment Requirements of Related Majors
Fifteenth related professional enrollment requirements
(1) Physical requirements: Physical requirements of all majors shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
(2) Professional description
1, flight attendant, high-speed rail passenger two majors, have physical requirements. For details, please refer to the college admissions website. After the freshmen report for duty, the school will organize an interview, and those who fail will transfer to other majors. Please consult the relevant departments of the college for details.
2. The two majors of "Pet Care and Training (Sino-foreign cooperative education) and Big Data Technology (Sino-foreign cooperative education)" are Sino-foreign cooperative education. They are full-time general higher education programs jointly organized by our school and Central University of Korea, with a duration of 3 years. The enrolled students are included in the national enrollment plan of ordinary colleges and universities, and are admitted according to the provisions of the national enrollment examination of ordinary colleges and universities. The enrolled students receive training in our school. Students who complete their studies and meet the graduation requirements will receive the graduation certificate of Langfang Vocational and Technical College and the certificate of international exchange student of Central University of Korea.
