1, pit declared by the project
The state will always introduce different government subsidies at different stages. Many companies, especially some startups. The funds were difficult in the early stage, but later I felt that it was better to subsidize a little.
In this way, willy-nilly, as long as you have some technology, you will start to apply for a patent.
2, the salesman's pit
Some salesmen of intellectual property think it's good to be able to write a patent and get a commission. Whether the latter patents can be authorized is not the result I want to pay attention to. They can declare as soon as they declare. The declaration cannot be declared.
3. The trap of capitalization
Many technology companies want to take the capital market and share a piece of the financial market, so they also need to declare many patents.
In 2020, listed companies need at least five authorized invention patents.
The authorization rate of invention patents is so low, in order to obtain authorization. It still needs a lot of technology. So it is not easy to succeed.
4, the pit of a generation
Some patent authors are also unprincipled.
It is too difficult to clean up intellectual property rights.
Now many companies want to declare projects, which have a lot of subsidies, but the requirements for intellectual property rights are relatively high.
I feel that I will always have an awe of technology. I don't want the company to pick a spot at random and think it can apply for a patent, and then in the eyes of some people. Patent is to change thinking, and patent is to exploit the loophole of patent law. These people are indifferent to intellectual property rights.
This embarrassed me as a little patent writer.
Just like this company now, because it has to declare the project, and then the result needs technicians to write patents. Technicians know nothing about patent law, but think that I have this technical solution, and my technical solution is a patent.
In a sense, the essence of patent is really the technical effect achieved by the technical scheme plus the technical problems solved. But if your technical scheme is not creative enough, the probability that your patent can be granted is actually very small.
I feel that every reply has been rejected, which is very uncomfortable and has no sense of accomplishment. Full of failures.
