The reason why I emphasize that if I want to understand the Tao Te Ching, I can only start with me. The most crucial question is that we must know "why?" ; Thirdly, if all the teenagers in China can read the Tao Te Ching, then the future of China people will be really promising, because the Tao Te Ching contains not only values, world views and historical views, but also ontology, epistemology and methodology, and it is the most advanced ontology, epistemology and methodology of Humanism in the world. The unfortunate history of China people for more than 2, years has led to its own long-term huge historical tragedy. The most crucial reason is that China people abandoned the "Human Studies" of Laozi's Tao Te Ching, which had great spiritual motive power, but chose anti-nature, anti-morality, anti-society, anti-knowledge and anti-wisdom. In short, Kong Qiu, who is anti-human civilization, and Confucianism, which has no real spiritual value of human civilization.
Morality is the first invention of Laozi, and it is the most advanced and greatest invention among all mankind. It happened that this greatest invention was defiled and annihilated by the extremely wrong "anti-moral" ideology of Kong Qiu and his Confucian scholars, and it was even more replaced by Confucius' "filial piety, loyalty and forgiveness, courtesy, righteousness and shame" which was not really "moral" of human beings at all. In fact, the history of "respecting Confucius and studying Confucianism" for more than two thousand years has completely destroyed the real moral consciousness of all China people, but instead, it has turned what is not "moral" into the "morality" of China people, and therefore, Kong Qiu has become the "ancestor" of the "morality" that China people will always remember and pay homage to. This is really a huge human "joke" and a shameful "talk". I want to tell all my relatives that, in fact, the people of China for more than two thousand years are, in essence, the most ignorant, ignorant and morally corrupt people in the world without any real human moral spirit. The fundamental problem is that we must find out what is the "morality" that human beings really deserve.
Please always remember that the real "morality" can only be Lao Tzu's "morality". Laozi's word "morality" and "Tao" have both the meaning of "speech" and the meaning of "road", and at the same time have the meaning of thinking method, way and route, which is almost "killing three birds with one stone"; And "virtue" is the same as the ultimate survival value of human beings: being alive, being here, and being long is the same as "killing three birds with one stone". According to the interpretation of ancient Chinese characters in China, "virtue" is inside and "virtue" is outside, which are opposite and complementary to each other. On this point, I will explain it specifically in the works of Xielao in the future. I have always told you that people only do three things in their life, namely, words, actions and thoughts. Laozi's "morality" is the concept of "morality" that condenses and abstracts all the above two aspects of "three things at one stroke" into the most fundamental principle of "humanism". In fact, it tells people that the so-called "morality" is the minimum "bottom line" that people must follow in the three basic aspects of speech, action and thinking. To put it bluntly, "morality" means What are these "bottom lines"? First, it lies in the "Tao is natural" of saying "the same" (regardless of closeness, interest, and dignity); Second, it lies in the "I have three treasures" (kindness, thrift, and dare not fake the world first); Third, that is, the "Xuande" of inner thinking is "born without, do without relying, grow without killing".
In this regard, my explanation today is: as the universal "morality" of human beings, that is, the minimum social "bottom line" that people must follow in their own words, actions and thoughts, they are:
First, it is the "Tao is natural" to say "metaphysics is the same", that is, people's speech must follow the rules of nature, what is "? That is, "regardless of personal relationship, interests, and dignity", to put it bluntly, it is necessary to follow the most basic social rights law of "natural speech" and "equality for all";
second, I have three treasures (kindness, frugality, dare not fake the world first), that is, people's behavior must follow the principle of "three treasures", and when they say kindness, they can be brave; Second, it is frugal, so it can be wide; Third, they dare not pretend to be the first in the world, so they can become officers (officials), that is, especially for people who are "officials", they must do it, and at any time, they will never dare to say false, do false and think false before anyone;
Third, it lies in the thought of "Liu Bei", that is, people's thinking must follow the principle of absolute freedom for everyone who is born without having, doing without relying on, and growing without slaughtering.
According to my understanding of Laozi's "humanistic" spirit today, Laozi's "morality", namely "Tao" at first, is the most basic right of a society where everyone speaks
naturally and everyone is equal; Then there is "virtue", which is the social obligation of "everyone is born, everyone is self-employed and everyone is free" for everyone's freedom of thinking, while "treasure" has already involved the constitutional and legal issues of modern human society in essence, that is, it must have a social "constitution" and "law" recognized by everyone to "protect" the "everyone's autonomy" and "everyone's self-discipline" that hinder everyone's behavior.
From the above explanation, it is obvious that Laozi's explanation of "morality" is indeed the most holographic "morality" in human history so far. In essence, I am talking about Laozi's (humanistic) "ethics" principle, which is the most holographic "ethics" principle in the world. Because "ethical theory" is essentially "moral theory". To put it bluntly, Laozi's "ethics" spirit is actually far more comprehensive, thorough and profound than that of western philosophers, that is, more holographic in essence. It is for this reason that I call Laozi the greatest, most comprehensive, most thorough and profound ethicist among human beings in the world so far. Laozi's ethical theory relies on holographic logical thinking, while western philosophers rely on dualistic formal logical thinking. A large number of paradoxes produced in formal logical thinking will automatically disappear in holographic logical thinking. This is the reason why Laozi's ethical theory is better than that of western philosophers.
It is very regrettable and sad, however, that although China people have the greatest moralist and ethical thinker among mankind like Lao Zi, the people of China for more than 2, years have actually been completely captured, corrupted and destroyed by an absolutely immoral, unethical, even anti-moral and anti-ethical ideology of Kong Qiu and his Confucian "false theory".
This is the key to today's topic, because for more than 2, years, all China people, especially all China literati, should have a natural "moral" consciousness, all of which were destroyed by the harmful anti-natural, anti-moral, anti-social, anti-knowledge, anti-wisdom, in short, anti-human civilization erroneous ideology of Kong Qiu and his Confucianism. Such China people and China literati have completely lost their minimum "moral" consciousness. How can they possibly understand Laozi's Tao Te Ching?
why can I read Laozi's Tao Te Ching?
