An energy-saving device for a boiler in the clothing industry can fully utilize the waste heat of waste steam generated by a steam iron to preheat boiler feed water, and comprises a heat exchanger (1), wherein the heat exchanger consists of a heat transfer pipe (3) passing through a box (2), and one end of the heat transfer pipe (3) extends out of the box (2) as a waste steam inlet (4). The waste steam inlet (4) is connected with the waste steam discharge pipe (8) of the steam iron, and the preheating water outlet (7) is connected with the water inlet (16) of the boiler, so that the inner cavity of the heat transfer pipe (3) serves as the waste steam heat exchange channel, and the inner cavity of the box (2) serves as the water inlet heat exchange channel of the boiler.
