Which applications will be considered as low-quality patents?

According to the classification of low-quality patent applications and abnormal patent applications, it is more likely that utility model patent applications with the following characteristics will be recognized as low-quality applications:

(1) The relevant low-quality application clues provided by the abnormal application working group, and the clues of inventors, applicants and contacts (blacklists) accumulated in the preliminary examination.

(2) The subject name of the application is the name of common articles in the field of life.

(3) The technical scheme of the claim is extremely simple or the scope of protection is too large, or it is a simple patchwork of the existing technology.

(4) The contents of the invention, specific embodiment and claims in the specification are basically the same (trinity).

(5) The attached drawings in the instruction manual are very simple in structure or do not conform to the drawing specifications.

(6) It belongs to the key areas where low-quality applications are relatively concentrated, such as some subcategories under parts A, B and F of IPC classification.

(7) A large number of batch applications submitted in a short period of time have similar application themes or simple writing methods, such as batch applications for primary and secondary school students and batch applications for medical devices.
