The credit ratings of patent agencies and patent agents are divided into four grades according to the order from high to low, namely "A", "B", "C" and "D", which are evaluated according to the scoring situation. Candidates who think that their test scores are obviously abnormal can log in to the registration system within the prescribed time limit and apply for a review of their scores. If they fail, they will not be accepted.
The examination results review is limited to re-checking whether the sum of the scores of each question is wrong. Candidates are not allowed to check their answer records in person. Candidates who apply for grade review can check the results of grade review through the registration system.
According to the actual needs of patent work and the difficulty of the examination questions in that year, the Patent Agent Examination Committee determined the qualified score line of the national patent agent qualification examination in that year after full discussion.
