Second, the "school race" track setting
According to the spirit of the document of the Ministry of Education, the school competition is divided into three tracks: the high school leader track, the "Youth Red Dream Tour" track and the industrial proposition track.
Third, the entry requirements
The participating projects can closely combine the actual needs of various fields of economy and society, and fully reflect the achievements made by colleges and universities in the construction of new engineering, new medicine, new agricultural science and new liberal arts. Entries are not limited to "internet plus" projects, and all kinds of innovative and entrepreneurial projects are encouraged to participate.
Participating projects should carry forward positive energy, practice socialist core values, and be true, healthy and legal. It shall not contain contents that violate the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations, and the inventions, patented technologies and resources involved must have clear and legal intellectual property rights or property rights.
Four, the main points of the rules of each track.
Gaojiaozi racecourse
According to the applicant's learning stage, the project is divided into undergraduate group and graduate group. According to the stage of entrepreneurship, undergraduate and graduate students have creative group, start-up group and growth group, and the types of competition are set according to new engineering, new medicine, new agricultural science and new liberal arts. The specific entry requirements are as follows:
1, undergraduate group
(1) Creative Group
The participating projects have good creativity and relatively formed product prototypes or service models, and have not completed all kinds of industrial and commercial registration before the notice of the contest is issued.
The applicant must be the project leader, and the project leader and members must be full-time college students (excluding on-the-job education).
The school's scientific and technological achievements transformation project cannot participate in this team competition (except for the scientific and technological achievements finisher and the first-ranked applicant among all people).
(2) Initial group
The entry in industrial and commercial registration is less than 3 years (registered on or after March 1 2020).
The applicant must be the person in charge of the project and the legal representative of the participating enterprises, and must be a full-time undergraduate student in an ordinary university (excluding on-the-job education), or a full-time undergraduate student within 5 years of graduation (that is, graduated after 20 18, excluding on-the-job education). Changes made by the legal representative of the enterprise after the announcement of the competition notice will not be recognized.
In the ownership structure of the project, the equity of the legal representative of the enterprise is not less than 1/3, and the total equity of the participating team members is not less than 5 1%.
(3) Growth Group
The entries have been registered for more than 3 years (registered before March 2020 1).
The applicant must be the person in charge of the project and the legal representative of the participating enterprises, and must be a full-time undergraduate student in an ordinary university (excluding on-the-job education), or a full-time undergraduate student within 5 years of graduation (that is, graduated after 20 18, excluding on-the-job education). Changes made by the legal representative of the enterprise after the announcement of the competition notice will not be recognized.
In the ownership structure of the project, the equity of the legal representative of the enterprise is not less than 10%, and the total equity of the participating team members is not less than 1/3.
2. Postgraduate groups
(1) Creative Group
The participating projects have good creativity and relatively formed product prototypes or service models, and have not completed all kinds of industrial and commercial registration before the notice of the contest is issued.
The applicant must be the project leader and a full-time graduate student in an ordinary university. Project members must be full-time graduate students or junior college students (excluding on-the-job education) in ordinary universities.
The school's scientific and technological achievements transformation project cannot participate in this team competition (except for the scientific and technological achievements finisher and the first-ranked applicant among all people).
(2) Initial group

"Youth Red Dream Tour" track
The events participating in the "Red Youth Dream Tour" track must be the events participating in the "Red Youth Dream Tour" activities. According to the nature and characteristics of the project, it is divided into public welfare group, creative group and entrepreneurial group.
1, public welfare group
(1) The participating projects are not for profit, actively promote the spirit of public welfare, and have good entrepreneurial plans and practices in the field of public welfare services.
(2) Applicants for the competition are independent public welfare projects or social organizations, and projects with or without registered public welfare organizations (or social organizations) can participate in the competition.
2. Creative Group
(1) Based on the professional and disciplinary background or related resources, the participating projects solve the main problems faced by the development of agriculture, rural areas and urban and rural communities, help rural revitalization and community governance, and promote the development of economic and social values.
(2) Before the notice of the contest is issued, all kinds of industrial and commercial registration of the participating projects have not been completed.
3. Entrepreneurship Group
(1) The participating projects solve the main problems faced by the development of agriculture, rural areas and urban and rural communities by commercial means, help rural revitalization and community governance, realize the economic and social values of * * * development, and promote the prosperity of * * *.
(2) The entries have been registered for industry and commerce before the notice of the contest is issued, and the participating students must be legal representatives. In the ownership structure of the project, the equity of the legal representative of the enterprise is not less than 10%, and the total equity of the participating members is not less than 1/3.

Verb (short for verb) scheduling
1, Project Preparation (March 24th-April 20th)
PPT to participate in the roadshow of project preparation (mainly including market analysis and positioning, product/service introduction, business model, team introduction, marketing strategy, financial analysis, risk control, etc., see the annex for details).
2. Registration (April 2 1 to May 15, subject to the opening hours of the system)
Teams must log on to the National College Student Entrepreneurship Service Network (/,hereinafter referred to as the contest official website) for online registration. Students in different groups need to submit corresponding registration materials according to the tips of the registration system. Teams that have not signed up for the competition in official website will not be eligible.
The school will set up an entrepreneurial mentor group to provide unified entrepreneurial counseling for the participating teams. It is not recommended that the participating teams contact and determine their own business instructors during the school competition.
3. preliminaries-qualification examination and written examination (May1June-May 20th)
The organizing committee of the intramural competition will conduct qualification examination on the registered items in the system, invite experts to conduct written evaluation, and screen and announce the participating teams entering the semi-finals.
4. rematch and final (May 21-June 10)
Invite experts to make centralized comments on the projects entering the semi-finals, and select the final projects according to the project results. The final is in the form of offline defense, including free team presentation and judges' questions. Specific arrangements will be announced separately.
5. Our school's industrial proposition track schedule will be notified separately.
VI. Work Requirements of Various Departments
1. It is suggested that all departments set up a working group for the competition to do a good job in the publicity and mobilization, project excavation and cultivation of the competition. Mobilize undergraduates, postgraduates (masters, doctors) and outstanding entrepreneurial alumni who graduated within five years to participate in the competition, and provide necessary conditions and support for the participating teams.
2. Teach with competition and promote teaching with competition. It is hoped that all departments will implement the dual-innovation education in the competition, actively organize students to participate in quality competitions, increase the coverage of participating groups and strengthen the depth of participation. The registration of each department will be directly linked to the selection of the contest organization award.
