If the International Bureau does not publish the application in the official language of EPO (European Patent Office), it shall provide the translation of the international application translated into this language according to Article 22 of the Patent Cooperation Agreement (1) and the Patent Cooperation Agreement Regulation 159( 1);
B) Explain in detail the original application documents or revised documents on which the European authorization procedure is based (R.159 (1) (b) EPC _);

The place where the practical literature is published needs to pay the retrieval fee, and the European patent application surcharge includes 35 pages. See article 2 159(c) of the regulations on patent cooperation agreements, chapter 1a, item 1.
D) Pay the search fee (R.159 (1) (e) EPC) if supplementary European search report must be drafted;
The publication of supplementary European research reports requires a retrieval fee. Regulations on Patent Cooperation Agreement 159( 1)(e).
E) If the period specified in rule 159( 1)(d) EPC and rule 39( 1) EPChas expired before the period of 3 1 month, the renewal fee shall be paid;
According to Article 159( 1)(d) of the Patent Cooperation Agreement, if the enumeration period of Article 39( 1) of the Patent Cooperation Agreement has expired, the renewal fee shall be paid.
F) If the time limit stipulated in Article 70( 1) of the European Patent Convention expires, submit a written request for examination and pay the examination fee;
If the enumeration period stipulated in Article 70 (1)[ Article 159 (1)(f)] of the patent cooperation agreement expires, a written request for examination shall be submitted and the examination fee shall be paid.
