Can magnetized rapid heating (dry burning king) really magnetize water and sterilize it?

I have also seen this product. I didn't buy it. It seems that the manufacturing process is very general. There are two pieces of metal with a small gap between them to heat water. It should be the principle of electrolyzing water, and the heat generated at the same time is used for heating, but it is electrolyzed by 220V AC. Please test it with a pencil to see if it leaks.
